In this constantly evolving COVID-19 situation, Commercial Images are committed to ensuring the health, safety and convenience of our customers, our installers and our other team members. We are committed to enabling our clients ongoing and future furniture requirements. We are open for business, with some changes to assist our team in keeping safe and continuing our ongoing support to clients.

Amid the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we’re continuing to monitor the impact of the virus on our services and will provide updates whenever situations change.

Our main delivery networks are currently running as normal, however, there are changes to the following two areas.

Pickup and Delivery/Installation

When collecting or delivering items, drivers will practice social distancing. We respect the 1.5m rule, and expect our customers to do same.

This means that for a delivery & installation, our team will request that the area for installation be clear based on our number of staff required. – i.e. 2 installers – 1.5m rule for each

We also acknowledge customers may wish to take delivery without installation, or take goods into their own storage.  We understand businesses have reduced the access to their premises and we are happy to work with clients to deliver their products as per their requests, such as drop off at reception or door only, no contact, no signature.

Our installers will obtain the receivers name and enter this into our system. For signature required deliveries, the nominated name will be deemed as a signature. Further, we will take photos of the delivered goods, again deeming the delivery complete.

Customer Service

Commercial Images has taken the necessary steps and has applied a range of measures to reduce the impact on our staff and our service levels.

We are taking Showroom visits, conducting site checks and we welcome ongoing communication via email, phone and video conferencing.
